$19.75 - $24.00 / hour

You already know how to care for people. Now use those skills with kids who need you most. Our children are medically fragile, and many use trachs, vents and feeding tubes. You'll help them get through their day: bath time, play time, therapy, school and bedtime routines. And you'll be the face they light up for.

  • Pay: $19.75–$24/hr, based on experience
  • Schedule: 12-hour day shifts. Work 3 days, have 4 off. Full-time or part-time.
  • Training: [X weeks of] paid, hands-on pediatric training. No pediatric experience needed.
  • Benefits: Health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO and holidays
  • Prefer more pay? Opt out of benefits and earn 10% more per hour.
  • Commute: Free parking and no city traffic
  • Same kids every day. Build real bonds and watch them grow.
  • Learn skills most CNAs never get. Pediatric care around trachs, vents and feeding tubes.
  • A team that has your back. Nurses and respiratory therapists right beside you.
  • A path forward. Many of our team members grow into LPN and RN careers. [Ask about tuition support.]
