✓Compensation: $301,600 base

✓Commencement Bonus: $50,000 for 3-year commitment

✓Annual Retention Bonus: $41,600, paid in biweekly installments of $1,600 per payroll

✓1st call

✓Late shift from 7 p.m.- 7 a.m. on weeknights

General, Neuro, Cardiac, Ortho, GI, and Endo cases
Level 2 Trauma Center
Full Scope Practice (regional anesthesia, peripheral nerve blocks, arterial lines, etc.)
Best anesthesia tech team
Comfortable shifts (8,12, 16, or 24-hour)
Flexibility that allows for work/life balance
