About Us
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Plumbing System Installation & Repairs – Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures, including toilet replacements, faucet replacements, water heater replacements, soldering, and common plumbing repairs
- →System Inspections & Testing – Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety, functionality, water quality, and code compliance in residential settings
- →Troubleshooting & Diagnostics – Identify issues, troubleshoot system malfunctions, and provide effective solutions to customers
- →Customer Interaction – Communicate with customers to inform them of issues, recommended solutions, and service outcomes
- →Code Compliance – Ensure all installations and repairs comply with national, state, and local plumbing codes
- →Cost Estimates & Service Calls – Respond to customer inquiries, handle service call-outs, and prepare cost estimates for plumbing services
- →Record Keeping – Utilize Service Titan software to document repairs, maintenance, and service calls accurately
- →Safety Compliance – Follow industry safety standards to ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently
- →Customer Service – Deliver exceptional service with a professional and customer-focused approach
Requirements

- RI or MA Journeyman Plumbing License with field experience
- Technical Expertise – Strong knowledge of plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance, including water heaters, toilets, faucets, and common fixtures
- Service Software – Experience with Service Titan or similar trade software is a plus
- Communication Skills – Strong communication and listening skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
- Attention to Detail – Ability to perform accurate work while adhering to all plumbing codes and regulations
- Customer-Focused – A commitment to delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Driver’s License – Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
