Land Development Co-op

• →Collaborate with numerous VHB staff, clients, and consultants to advance projects in a timely manner 
• →Assist in development of planning and engineering solutions 
• →Assist in data mining and visualization  
• →Perform analysis of data or calculations  
• →Perform field data collection and other on-site project support activities 
• →Prepare written documents, summarize information collected by others, and assemble reports 

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills 
• Team oriented with strong capability to work independently 
• Self-motivated with attention to detail 
• A strong work ethic with the desire to learn and achieve 
• Knowledge of drawing and mapping tools such as AutoCAD and GIS 
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) required 

• Currently pursuing a degree in engineering or a related field 
• Strong interest in transportation, land development, urban design, real estate, environmental, institutional, or energy sector 
• Ability to work on a computer remotely if necessary 
• Ability to travel locally and complete fieldwork if necessary 

The hourly pay range for this position, located in Massachusetts, is $19 to $30. The actual hourly rate offered will be determined based on job-related factors, including geographic location, internal equity, experience, credentials, skills, education, work schedule, and other factors permitted by law. The posted hourly range reflects base pay only. Additional compensation and benefits available to eligible employees are outlined in our Total Rewards Program.
