Associate Manager, Market Development

Reporting to the Head of Sales, South Asia, the Associate Manager, Market Development, will be a key member of the Global Sales organization responsible for driving market growth, demand generation, and revenue execution across the South Asia region.

The role will focus on expanding Shure's presence within the Collaboration and Conferencing ecosystem by developing strategic relationships with end users, consultants, system integrators, distribution partners, and alliance partners. Leveraging market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer engagement, this individual will help build pipeline, accelerate specifications, and drive adoption of Shure's collaboration, conferencing, networked audio, and enterprise solutions portfolio.This position can be based in Bangalore or Hyderabad.

• Provide market insights, customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and regional trends to support sales strategy, portfolio planning, and go-to-market decisions.• Support forecasting, pipeline reviews, account planning, and business reviews through data-driven insights and opportunity analysis.• Monitor competitive developments and recommend actions to strengthen Shure's market position and accelerate growth.
