Salesforce Change Management Consultant

Salesforce Change Management Consultant is required by a global digital transformation consultancy to join their team of Salesforce specialists.

You will be responsible for:

• Developing and delivering change management strategies for Salesforce programmes.
• Working key stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout delivery.
• Creating clear communication plans supporting Salesforce based organisational change initiatives.
• Designing and delivering training and user enablement.
• Tracking user adoption and readiness. 
• Supporting senior leaders in driving awareness and buy-in for change initiatives.
• Working closely with Salesforce technical teams to embed change into delivery.
• Ensuring that Salesforce solutions are fully adopted after go-live and continuously improved.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in change management on large technology transformation projects.
• Good functional knowledge of Salesforce.
• Knowledge of a wide range of change management methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Experience creating training and user adoption materials.
• Salesforce certifications will be advantageous.
• Change management certifications (PROSCI, APMG, or ACMP) will be beneficial.
