Responsibilities

→Provide quality care to clients
→Help cover open shifts
→Support caregiver scheduling
→Help train and onboard new caregivers
→Assist caregivers in the field
→Answer calls and support the office team
→Help maintain quality care
→Lead by example

Requirements

5+ years of caregiving, CNA, PCA, HHA, or Lead Caregiver experience
Must be 18+
Strong leadership and communication skills
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and on-call
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Compassionate, dependable, and professional
Able to pass a background check
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Bilingual skills are a plus
