MarketingMarketing Manager

Caring Transitions is the nation’s largest and most trusted organization specializing in downsizing, relocation, estate sales, decluttering, home cleanouts, online auctions and other services. Our comprehensive menu of services supports older adults and their families through late life transitions. Serving over 450 locations across the US. Our e-commerce brand, CTBids, has over 1M bidders and millions of unique and everyday treasures sold through online estate sale auctions.

Recently acquired by the same entrepreneurs who transformed Backstage from a legacy print publication into a profitable digital marketplace, Caring Transitions is embarking on an exciting new chapter. We’re investing in every aspect of the business: modernizing our technology, improving the infrastructure, and building a flat culture where good ideas win, initiative is rewarded, and talented people can make a real impact.

Caring Transitions is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager, Content & Strategy to develop and lead content initiatives that strengthen our brands, engage our audiences, and drive measurable business growth. You’ll be joining our Marketing team, which consists of three Marketing Managers, each with ownership of a specific area of the business, and a VP of Marketing. We’re a creative, hands-on, and pragmatic team that values initiative, personal accountability, and adaptability. We enjoy working together to build marketing programs that help our brand and franchise owners achieve revenue and growth goals.

As our Growth Marketing Manager, Content & Strategy, you’ll own the content strategy and execution for Caring Transitions and CTBids. You’ll create compelling content for multi-channel distribution, highlighting the stories and successes of our clients and franchise owners while positioning our brands as industry leaders. You'll also use audience insights and performance data to inform content strategy, optimize engagement, and identify new opportunities. This role sits at the intersection of growth, content, brand, and strategy, providing the opportunity to shape how clients, customers, families, referral partners, and bidders experience our brands while directly contributing to the company's business goals.

The Growth Marketing Manager, Content & Strategy will report to the Vice President of Marketing.
