Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical equipment, machinery, and facility systems.
- →Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce equipment downtime.
- →Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and implement repairs.
- →Install, align, adjust, and replace machine components and parts as needed.
- →Respond to equipment breakdowns and emergencies in a safe and timely manner.
- →Maintain conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, compressors, and other production equipment.
- →Utilize hand tools, power tools, precision measuring instruments, and maintenance testing equipment.
- →Read and interpret blueprints, equipment manuals, work orders, and technical drawings.
- →Document maintenance activities, repairs, parts usage, and equipment history accurately.
- →Ensure compliance with safety policies, lockout/tagout/tryout procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- →Collaborate with production and operations teams to improve equipment reliability and performance.
- →Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- →Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and cost reduction in maintenance processes.
- →Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and facility improvement projects.
- →Perform other maintenance-related duties as assigned.
- →Cleans and lubricates parts.
- High School Diploma or GED;
- Overall qualification results on a Ramsay Journeyman Exam.
- 5+ years of mechanical experience in an industrial manufacturing environment;
- Willing and able to work overtime, be on-call on a rotation, work on weekends or Holidays if needed, in a 24/7/365 facility
- Willing and able to work rotating shifts 7a-3p, 3p-11p, 11p-7a
