The candidate will have responsibility for the following in addition to ad-hoc assignments as needed:

Manage the introduction of new manufacturing products and processes of HVAC technologies for residential applied systems.
Collaborate with various organizations to support the development of the new program to ensure a seamless transition into stable productionized manufacturing processes.
Evaluating material systems for manufacturability and reliability.
Partner with operations, engineering, quality, and materials to understand and translate design and process engineering requirements into product line design components, subsystems, and products.

Responsibilities

The annual salary for this position is between $96,000.00 - $192,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate. The pay range will not be below the minimum wage applicable to the jurisdiction in which the applicant is to be employed.
