This is an accelerated pathway designed to test your judgment, resilience, and commercial acumen through hands-on business assignments. You won't be shadowing, you will be contributing.

• Stretch Business Assignments: You will be placed into real-life business projects. These are not hypothetical case studies; these are active business challenges. 
• The Owner's Mindset: We are looking for individuals who diagnose the real problem, take accountability for the solution, and demonstrate the judgment of a true business owner.

We are seeking high-potential talent with the ambition to evolve from an Executor to a Business Owner. To thrive here, you should embody our core ownership standard: strong commercial and strategic vision, a system-building mindset, high-agency accountability, and a proven path of fast-tracked growth.

This program is the talent pipeline for our future General Management path. Success here is earned through results, not negotiated. Upon completing your 2-year journey, you will be seamlessly transition into the General Management Track. Governed directly by the CEO Office, this path is a continuity of your development, is designed to further stretch our leaders to become a future executive or strategic leader through ongoing rotations across different business pillars, functions, and country teams, consistently tackling new, complex business challenges.

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a top-tier university.
• Recent graduates (graduating in 2026/2027) with less than two years of full-time, post-graduation work experience.
• A strong academic record (GPA 3.3/4.0 or Second Class Upper Division equivalent).
• Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
