As a part of the Hagerstown Nursing and Rehab team, our team is dedicated to providing exceptional care and rehabilitation services to our patients. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled GNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) to join our team in Hagerstown, MD. As a GNA, you will work closely with our nursing staff to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents.

• →Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• →Provide basic care, including toileting, incontinence care, and vital sign monitoring
• →Assist with medication administration, as directed by licensed nursing staff
• →Document patient care activities and vital signs in accordance with facility policies
• →Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans
• →Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.
• →Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for patients

• Graduate of a state-approved Certified Nursing Assistant program
• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the state of Maryland
• Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients with mobility impairments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
