Responsibilities

→Loads sheets onto stacker on folding machine.
→Removes and inspects folded inserts/outserts from machine. Replaces defective product and maintains proper counts.
→Makes inner trays and outer boxes to pack finished products.
→Performs in process quality checks to ensure compliance with quality standards.
→Follows GMPs and completes all related paperwork.
→Prepares shipping labels and applies to outer cartons. Places boxes on pallets.
→Assists technician in troubleshooting mechanical problems as needed.
→Uses computer to record status of orders and quality of work completed.
→Maintains work area in a neat and orderly condition in accordance with housekeeping and safety requirements.
→Other duties as assigned within the finishing department.
