Responsibilities

→Serve as an ambassador of our mission, culture, and core values
→Prepare high volumes of vegetables, proteins, sauces, dressings, marinades, and other recipes according to company standards
→Assist with baking and preparing menu items as assigned
→Receive, put away, label, date, rotate, and properly store food and produce deliveries
→Maintain pars and inventory levels for assigned prep items to support daily operations
→Safely operate kitchen equipment including knives, ovens, grills, food processors, blenders, and other kitchen tools
→Follow recipes and food specifications to ensure consistency, quality, and portion accuracy
→Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep stations, storage areas, and equipment throughout the shift
→Properly complete opening, closing, and cleaning responsibilities to set the team up for success
→Uphold all health, safety, sanitation, and food handling standards
→Work collaboratively with team members to support kitchen operations and guest satisfaction
→Perform additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by leadership

What We Offer

· 18 years of age or older

· Legally permitted to work in the United States (we participate in E-Verify)

· Previous culinary experience with a strong passion for food and people (and good knife skills!)

· Team player with a positive attitude and works with a sense of urgency

· Ability to read and follow written recipes

· Reliable transportation to and from work

· Can work in both hot and cool environments

· Self-accountable in upholding high standards

· Able to work in a fast-paced setting for up to 8 hours daily, or as needed
