We are excited to open MEETING HOUSE, a new concept by Ciccio Restaurant Group Local Brands.  We are projected to open August 20th. 

Candidates selected for this position will need to attend training beginning in August. 

Training details, including exact dates and times, will be discussed during interviews.

Our SERVERS are responsible for educating our guests on both food and drink menus while?offering a fun, fast, and friendly guest experience in a way that is consistent with our mission and values. As a serve, you are expected to be able to bounce around effortlessly from guest interaction, maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant, and helping other team members. 

• Serve as an ambassador of our mission, culture, and core values in every guest interaction
• Develop a deep knowledge of our food, beverage, and seasonal menu offerings
• Create genuine connections with guests at the table and bar while anticipating their needs throughout the dining experience
• Confidently guide guests through the menu by offering thoughtful food and beverage recommendations that enhance their experience
• Deliver exceptional hospitality with warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism
• Maintain compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and food handling standards
• Complete opening, mid-shift, and closing responsibilities to ensure the restaurant remains fully stocked, clean, and organized
• Participate in ongoing training and development to strengthen menu knowledge, service standards, and operational excellence
• Work collaboratively with all team members to create a positive, efficient, and team-oriented environment
• Maintain a strong sense of urgency while delivering accurate and detail-oriented service
• Uphold presentation and cleanliness standards in all guest-facing and service areas at all times
