Takeout

Our TAKEOUT TEAM is responsible for delivering a fast, friendly, and accurate experience for every guest ordering food to-go. As a Takeout Team Member, you serve as an important connection between our guests and the kitchen by ensuring orders are entered correctly, prepared accurately, packaged with care, and delivered with exceptional hospitality. Your role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and a sense of urgency to help create a seamless guest experience.

• Serve as an ambassador of our mission, culture, and core values
• Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service in person and over the phone
• Accurately enter, review, and process takeout orders while ensuring all guest requests and modifications are communicated properly
• Verify order accuracy and package food according to company standards before handing off to guests or delivery drivers
• Maintain organization of takeout orders, online orders, and third-party delivery orders to ensure timely fulfillment
• Assist guests with menu questions and provide recommendations when appropriate
• Handle guest concerns and resolve issues with professionalism and urgency
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the takeout area, service stations, and guest-facing spaces
• Complete opening, mid-shift, and closing responsibilities as assigned
• Uphold all health, safety, sanitation, and food handling standards
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members to support smooth operations
• Perform additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by leadership
