This is a high-impact growth enablement role at the center of CCS's regional and enterprise marketing and business development efforts. You will partner with regional leaders, business development, sellers, and the central Marketing team to translate agreed market, sector, account, and pipeline priorities into focused campaigns, seller-ready tools, and high-quality opportunities within. Each Account-Based Marketing Manager will support one of CCS’s four revenue regions and serve as the primary Growth COE liaison for that region.
You will not be expected to do it alone. You will bring together marketing, business intelligence, events, regional operations, sector and market subject-matter experts, and external production resources to help sellers create more conversations and win more business.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Your work will help CCS create incremental demand and position our regional salesforce for more effective efforts. Success will be visible in:
- More marketing-attributed high-quality appointments and opportunities secured with priority contacts at target organizations.
- Stronger regional adoption of centralized campaigns, insights, and sales tools.
- Clearer alignment between regional growth plans and central marketing investment.
- Repeatable campaigns that improve pipeline and contribute to regional revenue growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Regional growth activation. Build trusted relationships with regional executives, sellers, and regional strategy, marketing, operations, and business development teams; understand agreed market, sector, account, and pipeline priorities and translate them into focused marketing activation. Partner with appropriate practitioners and subject-matter experts to ensure activation reflects CCS’s expertise and right to win.
- Annual Business Planning. Work with regional teams to inform annual marketing and business development plans, including market priorities, ROI-aligned resource allocation, and budgeting.
- Targeted demand generation. Design and guide 1:few account-based marketing and lead-nurture programs against agreed priority prospects, sectors, and markets, coordinating the appropriate intelligence, expertise, content, channels, and seller engagement.
- Sales enablement. Equip sellers with relevant intelligence, executive briefings, messaging, campaign assets, SME expertise, and other tools that make outreach more relevant and effective against priority opportunities.
- Cross-functional orchestration. Coordinate the right central and regional resources to deliver high-quality work on time. Activate the Growth Content COE to deliver assets and campaigns that meet regional needs, while orchestrating a warm handoff to the regional Strategy team with well-qualified leads for last-mile touch and local QC before activating a sales appointment.
- Measurement and scale. Measure what generates engagement, appointments, qualified opportunities, pipeline, and wins; improve what works; distinguish scalable from bespoke approaches; and scale successful plays across regions. Partner closely with BI to meet all data and analysis needs.
- Enterprise Collaboration. Work closely with the SVP, Growth Marketing, and three other regional Account-Based Marketing Managers, and Enterprise S&O, to elevate trends, bring successes to their region of responsibility, and ensure heavy coordination across the firm in all business pursuits.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, revenue marketing, sales enablement, or a related B2B marketing role.
- Experience in professional services, management consulting, or another relationship-led B2B environment.
- Experience building account-based or multi-touch campaigns that support complex, consultative sales cycles.
- A strong commercial orientation: you can connect market, client, sector, and pipeline intelligence to design practical campaigns and seller action.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with demonstrated credibility partnering with senior leaders in a matrixed or decentralized organization.
- Strong project leadership and the ability to move several programs forward at once through internal teams and external partners.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a similar marketing automation platform; HubSpot experience is strongly preferred.
- A collaborative, accountable, and adaptable working style.
NICE TO HAVE
- Knowledge of the nonprofit or fundraising sector, or a genuine interest in the missions CCS clients advance.
- Experience with Monday.com or a similar work-management platform.

SALARY RANGE: $95,000 - $115,000
The exact salary varies within range based on years of relevant experience and education.
