QUALIFICATIONS

→3+ years of experience in business development, sales enablement, portfolio management, or a related marketing role.

→Experience in professional services, management consulting, or similar environment

→Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills, with demonstrated credibility partnering with senior leaders
→Excellent time management and organizational abilities; capable of independently structuring time and tasks to meet deadlines

→Strong project leadership and the ability to move several programs forward at once
→Demonstrated resourcefulness and initiative in problem-solving and adapting to changing needs

→Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a similar marketing automation platform; HubSpot experience is strongly preferred.

→A collaborative, accountable, and adaptable working style.

NICE TO HAVE

→Knowledge of the nonprofit or fundraising sector

→Experience with Monday.com or a similar work-management platform.

SALARY RANGE: $80,000 - $90,000
