Business Development Manager

QUALIFICATIONS 

• →3+ years of experience in business development, sales enablement, portfolio management, or a related marketing role.  

• →Experience in professional services, management consulting, or similar environment

• →Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills, with demonstrated credibility partnering with senior leaders
• →Excellent time management and organizational abilities; capable of independently structuring time and tasks to meet deadlines 

• →Strong project leadership and the ability to move several programs forward at once
• →Demonstrated resourcefulness and initiative in problem-solving and adapting to changing needs 

• →Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a similar marketing automation platform; HubSpot experience is strongly preferred.  

• →A collaborative, accountable, and adaptable working style.  

NICE TO HAVE 

• →Knowledge of the nonprofit or fundraising sector

• →Experience with Monday.com or a similar work-management platform.

SALARY RANGE: $80,000 - $90,000

The exact salary varies within range based on years of relevant experience and education.
