Description

Cherokee Town & Country Club is seeking a Housekeeping Houseman who takes pride in a spotless club. You'll keep our facilities clean, organized, and ready for members and guests every day. If you want to join an organization where people care about and respect each other, we want to meet you.

The Housekeeping Houseman at Cherokee Town & Country Club is crucial for the overall flow of the club and its facilities. This position keeps the Club exceptionally clean and well organized. Attention to detail and efficiency are necessary in this role.

What We Offer

✓Clean windows, vacuum and shampoo carpets, and sweep and mop floors.

✓Maintain and clean furniture.

✓Make sure towels are clean and stocked in restrooms and locker rooms.

Knowledge of and familiarity with household cleaning products and chemicals.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and efficiency.
Excellent verbal communication.
Ability to stand and move about for prolonged periods of time.
Ability to lift 25 lbs. at a time without injury.

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Previous work experience in housekeeping or a similar position.
Banquet set up experience is preferred.
Previous work experience in a hotel or private club setting is preferred.
