Student Services Technician

Compensation:

Position Summary

• →Refers individuals to the appropriate CNM resources; and explains and interprets CNM information by telephone, in person and on-line.
• →Performs general office duties, which includes data entry and retrieval, manual and electronic processing, answering telephones and other clerical duties.
• →Performs other related duties of a similar nature and level as assigned.
• →Employees are required to comply with safety regulations, procedures, protocols, OSHA standards, and wear personal protective gear if required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• →High school diploma or GED and two (2) years of related experience.
• →Preference: Bilingual in English and Spanish
• →Best Consideration 10/14/26
• →Shift: Monday- Thursday 10 a.m.- 7 p.m.; Fridays 8 a.m.- 5 p.m.; occasional Saturday hours
