Special Events Coordinator - The Iberian Pig Charlotte

Serve as the primary point of contact for all private dining and group event inquiries

Collaborate with guests to design customized experiences that reflect their vision, preferences, and budget.

Work closely with the General Manager, Chef, and Service Team to coordinate menus, wine pairings, staffing, and logistics.

Prepare detailed event proposals, contracts, and floor plans.

Manage event timelines from inquiry to execution, including deposits, confirmations, and post-event follow-up.

Ensure all events are executed to CHG standards — polished, on time, and guest-focused.

Maintain accurate event records, financial tracking, and reporting.

Build relationships with local partners, vendors, and community organizations to grow event opportunities.

Required to bend, stretch, twist, climb and have a high level of mobility/flexibility in small spaces

Required to stand and walk for extensive periods of time without breaks during busy times

Required to be able to lift or move up to 50 pounds without assistance
