As a BOH Manager, you will take ownership of the kitchen, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while leading and coaching a team of Back of House team members. 2+ years of experience in a leadership role in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen or restaurant environment.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented, efficient, and committed to delivering top-tier guest service.
