Chief Isaac Group is seeking a Truck Driver to transport materials, equipment, and goods safely and efficiently. This role requires a responsible and experienced driver who can manage logistics, perform basic vehicle maintenance, and ensure timely deliveries while adhering to all safety and road regulations.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Safe Transport: Operate company trucks to transport goods and equipment efficiently.
- →Route Planning: Plan and follow designated routes while adhering to schedules.
- →Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections, report issues, and ensure vehicle cleanliness and maintenance.
- →Loading & Unloading: Secure cargo properly and assist with loading/unloading as required.
- →Regulatory Compliance: Follow all transportation laws, safety procedures, and company policies.
- →Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs, trip reports, and fuel records.
Requirements
~1 min read- Experience: Previous truck driving experience preferred.
- License: Valid Class 3 or 5 driver’s license with air brake endorsement (or willingness to obtain if required).
- Transportation of Dangerous Goods: Valid TDG, ideally with experience transporting Propane.
- Safety Awareness: Strong understanding of road safety, load security, and vehicle operation.
- Reliability: Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Physical Fitness: Capable of performing manual tasks related to loading and unloading cargo.
