Custodian (Monday - Friday: 6:30am- 11:00am)

Under the supervision of the Project Manager and on-site Supervisor, the Custodian performs general cleaning and maintenance duties to ensure that assigned facilities remain clean, safe, and well-maintained. Secondary supervision is provided by the Contracts Administrator.

• →Clean offices, common areas, restrooms, and public spaces 
• →Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish surfaces
• →Empty trash and replenish restroom supplies
• →Clean windows, glass, mirrors, walls, elevators, and other building surfaces
• →Spot clean carpets and perform floor care as needed
• →Assist with furniture setup and breakdown for special events
• →Remove snow and ice from walkways (when required)
• →Safely use cleaning equipment and supplies
• →Report maintenance concerns or safety hazards
• →Follow all safety policies and contract requirements
