Responsibilities

  • →负责冷库日常工作区域的安全、储存管理、人员管理和效率;负责冷库种薯的接收、储存及出库操作中的相关原料数量及库房情况跟踪；
  • →监控、记录、汇报和解决冷库运营的相关问题；
  • →对收获上游运作了解，更好地制定和优化仓储计划，兼顾仓库储存能力和每日卸货能力；
  • →土豆入库后的仓储管理，出库前期对种薯进行分选、分级、种薯催芽等工作；与农场能够及时联系，反馈种薯质量情况和发运进展；
  • →了解土豆种植和病虫害，监控冷库各项运行参数，并依据仓储需要进行必要的调整；
  • →跟踪库房性能改善，对需要改进的地方提出建议；
  • →进行SAP系统操作，确保账目准确性；
  • →与相关部门分享储存数据，分析产生储存问题的原因并提出改进建议；
  • →维持有效的跨职能沟通，并能够承担农业部委派的其他工作，发挥重要作用。

    • 技能要求：
  • 专科以上, 农业相关专业优先，5年以上中级仓库管理或供应链管理知识工作经验；
  • 对设备有较好的知识，包括农业装卸设备，农业生产设备、农业冷冻设备、熟悉土豆病害、质量等知识；
  • 较好的数据分析和问题解决能力，运用数据阐述观点和说明问题；
  • 较强的第三方管理能力；
  • 较好的职业技能包括报告的书写、办公软件的使用、中等英语能力（口头和书写）是必须的，较好的学习意愿。
