R&D Scientist, Product Development, Beverage China; 研发研究员，产品开发，中国区饮料

This role is responsible for supporting GCR Pepsi Core product development projects, including innovation, renovation, DtV, and brand stewardship initiatives across both regular and black portfolios.

• →Drive formulation development and prototype creation for innovation, renovation, productivity, and brand stewardship initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality laboratory prototypes.
• →Support pilot-scale and plant-scale production trials, facilitating seamless scale-up and commercialization.
• →Lead product stability assessments, generate technical data, and coordinate analytical testing to support product qualification.
• →Collaborate closely with global Pepsi teams to enable the successful implementation of global platforms and innovations in China.
• →Partner with cross-functional R&D stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility, readiness, and execution excellence throughout the product development process.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in beverage or food product development, preferably within a multinational organization.
• Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and cultures.
• Strong laboratory capabilities with experience operating analytical instruments (Brix, pH, CO₂, TA) and pilot-scale product preparation equipment, including balances, mixers, water baths, and mini-UHT systems.
