• 1 year of experience in coordinating small or departmental projects
• 1 year of experience in a professional working environment

• Experience in the healthcare industry
• Master’s degree in related field, ex: Business Administration, Health Administration, or Science

• Bachelor’s degree in appropriate field

• No professional certifications required

• Demonstrated leadership skills in facilitating and leading cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage budgets and other financial skills
• Proficient at a high level in Microsoft Office products
• Advanced oral and written communication skills, to include facilitation and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to address and creatively manage conflict
• Ability to work collaboratively with employees at all levels of the organization
• Demonstrated ability to manage timelines
• Personal organization and time management skills
• Personal adaptability

• Demonstrated ability to keep teams focused on achieving desired results and not just completing tasks

• →Creates, manages, and executes project scope, schedule, resources, and change management initiatives.
• →Communicates and documents project plan, status updates, business goals, and governance plan to team and stakeholders.
• →Identifies and manages project risks, issues, and opportunities proactively.
• →Collaborates with specialists both inside and outside the organization with assigned tasks to deliver subject matter expert activities.
• →Ensures project deliverables are on time, high quality, and on budget.
