Where you come in

As a Brand & Graphic Designer at Chowdeck, you will help shape and maintain the visual identity of our brand. You’ll work on a variety of design projects, ensuring our brand remains engaging and consistent across all platforms. Your designs will play a key role in how customers connect with Chowdeck, from marketing campaigns to in-app visuals.

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented designer who can bring ideas to life as well as scale them. If you have a strong portfolio, a passion for branding, and a problem-solving mindset, we’d love to hear from you.

You’ll collaborate with our cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life while working closely with other designers on the team. You'll work side by side with a tight-knit team of creative problem solvers, empathetic, kind who’ll value you, give you the opportunity to meet high expectations, and actively create a supportive, nurturing space to accelerate your career.

In this role you'll be required to:

• Create visually stunning and on-brand designs for digital and physical channels, including social media, email campaigns, billboards, packaging, and in-app content.
• Collaborate with the marketing, content, and cross-functional teams to develop creative assets that enhance customer engagement.
• Support brand consistency by following and contributing to design guidelines and templates.
• Work closely with other designers to scale already designed projects to other formats and maintain a cohesive branding.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Tailor design and communications to resonate with the culture and values of the cities we are present in, and will launch in, ensuring our people feel closer and more valued.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to keep Chowdeck’s visuals fresh and engaging.
• Ensure all designs comply with copyright and data protection laws.
• Represent Chowdeck at self-hosted and external events
  

You’re perfect for the Senior Mobile Engineer role if you:

• a hustler.

• have a minimum of 2-3 years experience in brand and graphic design, with a proven track record of delivering beautiful and impactful designs.
• have a deep understanding of branding principles and how to apply them across various mediums.
• possess a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects, from digital to print.
• are proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions.
• detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
• collaborative and enjoy working in a team environment while taking ownership of your projects.
• have a strong understanding of Ghanaian and African cultures, ensuring designs are relatable and resonate deeply with our audience.
• have a deep and unrelenting focus on customer satisfaction and experience.
