  • Stock, organize, and consolidate material in designated storage locations to maximize space efficiency and inventory safety.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and log inventory transactions using the company’s warehouse management software.

Order Fulfillment & Shipping

  • Accurately pick, pull, and pack orders according to project delivery schedules and customer specifications.
  • Stage material for shipments and local delivery routes, ensuring proper labeling, protective packaging, and banding.

  • Assist walk-in and will-call customers by promptly locating, pulling, and loading their orders.
  • Communicate professionally with customers, job-site receivers, and internal office teams regarding order status and material availability.

Safety & General Operations

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse, shop, and yard environment following all standard safety protocols.
  • Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
  • Inspect warehouse equipment daily and report any safety hazards or maintenance needs to management.
  • Perform additional operational duties suited to your skill set as assigned.

Working Environment

  • Active commercial warehouse environment with exposure to seasonal temperature variations and changing weather conditions during truck loading/unloading.
  • Standard daytime working hours with occasional overtime required during peak project seasons.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive entry-level hourly wage with overtime potential.
  • Comprehensive health insurance package.
  • Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid company holidays.
