Assistant Construction Manager

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

The position includes, but is not limited to, the following essential job duties, responsibilities and requirements:

• Review budgets for accuracy for new to industry sites
• Review construction drawings for accuracy and perform takeoffs
• Participate in bid qualifications and RFI process
• Assist in equipment ordering and procurement
• Attend project status meetings
• Attend punch walks
• Manage post opening warranty plans 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Self motivated and able to multi-task
• Strong communicator 
• Desire to grow within the organization and step into Construction Manager role
• >5 years experience as a construction coordinator or project manager

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate at a normal range.
• The lighting will include natural light from the outside as well as fluorescent lighting throughout the work areas.
• Work with minimum direction and periodic supervision.
