About the Role

Are you curious about data, passionate about uncovering insights, and motivated by helping customers make informed decisions?

As an Insights Consultant, you'll work closely with customers to understand their objectives, analyze data, and translate findings into clear, actionable insights. Through reports, dashboards, presentations, and consultative guidance, you'll help customers understand performance, identify trends and opportunities, and maximize the value of their programs.

This is an opportunity to develop your analytical and consulting skills in a collaborative, customer-focused environment, working with colleagues across teams to deliver high-quality insights and meaningful customer outcomes.

What You'll Do

Requirements

A university degree in a relevant field.
Experience in SaaS, analytics, or an insights-driven business environment.
Familiarity with media analytics, digital analytics, monitoring, or reporting platforms.
Experience preparing and delivering presentations to customer stakeholders.
Exposure to customer lifecycle management, retention, or account expansion processes.
Experience contributing to process improvements in analytics or consulting.
