MUST BE A BALTIMORE RESIDENT

Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications

Installation of various types and methods of plumbing pipe, including Copper, PVC, Pex, Steel Pipe, Cast Iron, Pipe, Solder, Brazed, Threaded, ProPress, Victaulic

Perform high quality work while maintaining rigorous construction schedules

Modify lengths of pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing materials as required

Ability to work collaboratively on a team and independently as needed

Actively maintain a clean and safe work environment to facilitate industry leading safety practices

Plumber/Pipefitter's Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of work/field experience in commercial plumbing industry

Knowledge of various commercial plumbing piping systems including above ground, domestic, sanitary, and

underground systems

Punctual and dependable work habits

Strong work ethic

Ability to work on ladders, stand, reach, bend, and lift objects of up to 50 lbs

Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
