Salesforce CPQ Architect

We are looking for a Salesforce CPQ Architect to lead an implementation project involving Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA). The ideal candidate brings deep, recent hands-on expertise across CPQ, Billing, and Revenue Cloud Advanced, with the ability to lead architecture and design decisions on a complex, multi-system implementation.

Location: Remote
Duration: Long-Term Contract (12+ months to begin with)
Pay Rate: $75 - $80/hr
Only US Citizens / Green Cards/ GC EAD (No Opt/CPT EAD)

Key Responsibilities:​

• →Lead design and architecture of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, CPQ, Billing, and Revenue Cloud Advanced
  
• →Provide technical leadership to development teams and enforce best practices
  
• →Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
  
• →Oversee integrations with external systems (SAP, REST/SOAP APIs)
  
• →Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and coding standards enforcement
  
• →Collaborate with product managers, QA, and DevOps teams

Automatic Disqualifiers (hard stops):

• →No Salesforce Billing experience
  
• →Less than 5 years of Salesforce CPQ experience
  
• →No Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) experience

1. Salesforce CPQ: minimum 5 years, within the last 5–6 years
2. Salesforce Billing: hands-on experience required (non-negotiable)
3. Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA): hands-on experience within the last 2–3 years
4. Salesforce Order Management experience
5. SAP integration experience
6. 10+ years overall Salesforce development experience; 3+ years in an Architect or Lead Developer role
7. Strong background in Sales Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), REST/SOAP API integrations, and JavaScript
8. Experience with data modelling and security architecture
9. Salesforce certifications (Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect) a plus
