You’ll work alongside founders, and international partners across green tech, AI, circular economy, and digital transformation, by empowering different businesses to grow.

Support the implementation and coordination of EU-funded client projects;

Assist in preparing project documentation, reports, payment requests, and other materials required during project implementation;

Help monitor project activities, deadlines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring that key requirements are followed;

Support the preparation and review of documents related to EU funding requirements and project compliance;

Assist with procurement-related documentation and processes where applicable;

Communicate with clients, project partners, and funding agencies under the guidance of senior team members;

Maintain clear and well-organized project documentation;

Conduct research and analysis related to EU funding programmes, project requirements, and relevant regulations;

Support the team in identifying potential issues, following up on action points, and keeping projects on track;

Gradually take ownership of selected project tasks and develop towards independently coordinating parts of EU-funded projects.

Bachelor's degree in Innovation Management, Economics, Business Management, Finance or related field (finished Master's would be taken as an advantage);

1–2 years of professional working experience in project coordination, administration, consulting, finance, or EU-funded projects;

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

Good communication skills and a willingness to work with clients and different stakeholders;

Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn approach;

Native-level Lithuanian and good professional English.

Nice to have:

Previous exposure to EU-funded projects, public sector, consulting, project management, or grant funding.
