Freight Details
Drivers haul refrigerated freight throughout the country using a combination of drop-and-hook loads and scheduled live deliveries. Freight moves through established nationwide lanes, allowing drivers to stay productive while running a variety of routes instead of being limited to one specific region. The operation is designed to keep trucks moving consistently with minimal downtime between assignments.

No-touch freight allows drivers to stay focused on driving instead of unloading cargo. Longer hauls also help support stronger mileage opportunities by reducing the number of short trips that can interrupt weekly productivity.

Pay & Benefits
Drivers typically earn between $1,250 and $1,500 per week depending on mileage, trip length, and overall productivity. Consistent freight availability helps support reliable weekly earnings throughout the year.

Medical, dental, and vision benefits begin after 30 days. Paid orientation is provided, and travel expenses related to orientation are covered.

Home Time & Schedule
Drivers operate on a schedule of 12 days out followed by 2 full days at home. This balance allows drivers to maximize available miles while still enjoying planned home time on a regular schedule. Dispatch works to plan loads in advance whenever possible, helping drivers maintain a smoother routine from one trip to the next.

Equipment Information
Drivers are assigned automatic sleeper trucks that are maintained on a regular preventive maintenance schedule. The equipment is designed for over-the-road comfort and reliability, helping reduce downtime while supporting long-haul operations.
