This fleet serves established freight corridors throughout Texas, the Southwest, Southeast, and neighboring regional markets. Drivers run repeat lanes with freight that moves consistently year-round, allowing them to become familiar with their operating area instead of constantly adjusting to new routes.
Dispatch works to plan loads before the current trip is complete, helping minimize downtime and creating a smoother transition between deliveries. The emphasis is on freight continuity, operational consistency, and keeping drivers productive throughout the week.
Freight consists primarily of no-touch dry van loads with a high percentage of drop-and-hook shipments. This allows drivers to spend less time waiting at customer facilities and more time building productive miles.
Drivers generally average between 2,700 and 3,000 miles per week. The combination of repeat customers and established freight lanes helps maintain dependable weekly mileage while reducing unnecessary delays between loads.
Drivers receive a full 48-hour reset every week, providing dependable home time that remains consistent throughout the year. The structured regional operation makes it easier to plan personal schedules while maintaining steady weekly income.
This balance of reliable freight and regular home time is ideal for drivers looking for long-term stability without sacrificing earning potential.
Drivers operate late-model Freightliner and International tractors equipped with automatic transmissions, APUs, inverter systems, and comfortable sleeper cabs. Trucks are maintained through a preventative maintenance program designed to maximize uptime and minimize service interruptions.
