Drivers who prefer a predictable operation and organized freight planning will find a strong fit with this CDL A truck driver position based near Houston. This fleet is built around straightforward regional freight lanes, consistent dispatch planning, and reliable home time. Instead of constantly shifting routes or dealing with freight that changes every week, drivers run established lanes that help create a more stable schedule and dependable weekly earnings.
The goal of this operation is simple: keep trucks moving, keep freight organized, and provide drivers with a consistent work routine. Drivers who enjoy knowing what to expect from week to week often appreciate the structure this fleet provides.
Drivers haul no-touch dry van freight throughout a regional network that primarily serves the South and surrounding freight markets. Most loads move through repeat customer locations and established lanes, helping reduce unnecessary route changes and unexpected schedule disruptions.
Freight consists of a mix of drop-and-hook and live unload deliveries. The majority of loads require no driver handling of freight, allowing drivers to stay focused on driving and maintaining productive miles.
Because freight moves through a stable customer network, drivers typically experience steady mileage throughout the year rather than dramatic swings caused by seasonal slowdowns. Dispatch works to keep freight flowing efficiently and minimize downtime between loads.
Drivers on this account typically earn between $1,250 and $1,500 per week depending on miles, freight volume, and overall productivity. Consistent regional freight helps support reliable weekly income while allowing drivers to maintain a more predictable schedule.
Qualifying detention pay is available when delays occur, and additional incentives reward safe driving and dependable performance.
This fleet operates on a 12-day running schedule followed by 48 hours at home every other weekend. Home time is built into the operation and supported by the regional freight structure.
Dispatch focuses on cleaner scheduling practices and organized load planning, helping drivers maintain a more predictable work cycle. Drivers generally know where they are heading and when they are expected to return home, reducing uncertainty throughout the week.
