Dippin Dots Event and Festival Team

You’re a customer-focused, energetic team player who enjoys working events, traveling, and interacting with people. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, take pride in delivering great service, and know how to keep things running smoothly. You’re reliable, professional, and always bring a positive attitude.

This is a flexible, seasonal position with varying weekly hours (ranging from 5 to 40+). You’ll get to travel around Michigan, work fun events, and be part of a team that values hard work and great customer experiences. • →Set up and operate Dippin’ Dots catering and event stations at venues, private events, and special occasions.
• →Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, processing payments, and serving Dippin’ Dots.
• →Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area throughout each event.
• →Assist with transportation and logistics for catering setups, including loading/unloading supplies.
• →Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to enhance their experience.
• →Tear down and clean up after each event.
• →Other duties as assigned.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in food service, catering, retail, or events preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, consisting of nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation and a willingness to travel to different event locations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• A positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable driving a cargo van.
