Who We Are:
Midwest Dippin’ Dots (West Michigan Baseball Franchising) is a franchisee holding multiple territories in Michigan. We specialize in delivering fun, one scoop at a time, and are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team.
You’re a customer-focused, energetic team player who enjoys working events, traveling, and interacting with people. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, take pride in delivering great service, and know how to keep things running smoothly. You’re reliable, professional, and always bring a positive attitude.
This is a flexible, seasonal position with varying weekly hours (ranging from 5 to 40+). You’ll get to travel around Michigan, work fun events, and be part of a team that values hard work and great customer experiences. If you enjoy working with people, having a job that changes daily, and being in a fun, upbeat atmosphere, this is the role for you!
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Set up and operate Dippin’ Dots catering and event stations at venues, private events, and special occasions.
- →Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, processing payments, and serving Dippin’ Dots.
- →Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area throughout each event.
- →Assist with transportation and logistics for catering setups, including loading/unloading supplies.
- →Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to enhance their experience.
- →Tear down and clean up after each event.
- →Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
~1 min read- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in food service, catering, retail, or events preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, consisting of nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation and a willingness to travel to different event locations.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
- A positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable driving a cargo van.
