BIM Modeler (Active Pool)

• →Bachelors degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred)
• →Proven experience in BIM modeling, preferably in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry
• →Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks; knowledge of other tools such as BIM 360, SketchUp, or Dynamo is a plus
• →Strong understanding of construction documents and detailing
• →Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• →Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• →Strong communication and coordination skills
