Bookkeeper

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Bookkeeper to support day-to-day accounting functions for multiple business entities. This role will assist with reconciliations, recordkeeping, and general accounting support.

  Record and categorize financial transactions

  Reconcile bank and credit card accounts

  Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable

• →

  Prepare and maintain supporting documentation

• →

  Track intercompany transactions and related activity

• →

  Assist with month-end close processes

• →

  Maintain accurate and organized accounting records

• →

  Help prepare basic financial reports and schedules

• →

  Identify discrepancies and assist with resolving accounting issues

• →

  Support additional accounting and administrative tasks as needed

• Prior bookkeeping or accounting experience

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Understanding of basic accounting principles

• Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Business Central, Canopy, or similar systems

• Strong Excel skills

• Ability to manage multiple entities and priorities

• Good written English and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
