General Manager

General store manager is the front runner in the daily business operations of the store including training and supervising employees, interacting with customers, scheduling employees in a timely manner, managing inventory levels and handling any other task involving customer service, paperwork and the cleanliness and organization of the store.

• →Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales services
• →Process POS (point of sale) purchases
• →Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
• →Comply with inventory control procedures
• →Data entry to maintain store inventory in the back office computer system
• →Understanding store equipment
• →Maintaining store cleanliness, inventory and safey of employees and customers

• Store management experience
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Proficiency in English
• Basic Math skills
• Cash Management
• Hands-on experience with POS transactions
• Familiarity with inventory procedures
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
• Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
• Availability to work flexible shifts
• Ability to lift up to 10-15 pounds
• Ability to stand for 4 hours at a time
• High school diploma or GED preferred
