• →Provide development of staff leaders to guide plants and support organizations
• →Work with customers, functional leaders, and internal staff to meet organizational requirements
• →Lead the establishment and attainment of plant goals in quality, cost, schedule, compliance, and safety
• →Establish and maintain the plant(s) vision for success
• →Facilitate the leadership team in strategic decision-making and problem-solving
• →Provides effective leadership and promotes good working relationships across all functions in the facilities and for the company
• →Responsible for the overall production, distribution, safety, quality, performance, and profitability of assigned operations
• →Leads by example thus setting a positive tone for the organization, creating a motivating work environment and cooperation across functions regardless of market conditions
• →Coordinate business activities through planning with departmental managers to ensure the total manufacturing and production objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost-effective manner
• →Establish and monitor overall performance for production and quality standards
• →Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field required; 5 years of P&L experience will be considered in lieu of degree
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in production management, with at least two in a manufacturing management position, is preferable
• Prior P&L and commercial responsibility is required
• Expertise defining and optimizing process flow
• Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively with all team members at all levels within the facility
• Must have strong leadership, interpersonal, and discretionary skills
• Solid understanding of construction trades and quality practices, codes, regulations, etc.
