Job Description

AP Team Leader for Amherst FAO Process

Responsibilities

→End to end Accounts Payable process and reconciliation
→Managing daily SLAs - Productivity, TAT and Quality
→Monitor team performance to meet client deliverables
→Coach and Mentor the team
→Timely updates on deliverables status to Manager
→Liaise with client for daily reporting and queries if any
→Add value to the client through suggestions for improvements/documentation
→Willingness to work in night shifts with flexibility of work timings to ensure target achievement
→All other tasks to meet the process requirement.
