Banquet Server - Coeur d' Alene Resort

Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including tables, linens, serviceware, and decor

Serve food and beverages during events with efficiency, accuracy, and warmth

Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout the event

Assist with clearing tables, resetting service items, and keeping the event space tidy

Follow instructions from banquet captains and work collaboratively with the team

Provide responsive and friendly service to guests throughout the event

Support event breakdown and reset for upcoming functions

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to work well on a team in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and a polished, professional appearance

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays

Previous banquet or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required

Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods
