Senior Manager, Solution/Platform Architect
Quick Summary
Collaborate with manufacturing leadership and cross-functional teams to identify business areas that would benefit from digitization.
This position leads to the digital modernization of Manufacturing, Warehousing, and Logistics across the end-to-end supply chain. In collaboration with key stakeholders within TCCC business processes organization, the role will define the digital architecture and strategic roadmap required to modernize these functions.
The role will also provide leadership, coordination, and strategic direction for IT/OT convergence initiatives across all TCCC locations, while managing relationships with external technology and service providers. Working closely with external IT and OT subject matter experts, this position will assess and implement emerging digital technologies, promote best-practice sharing, and drive standardization across manufacturing and supply chain operations.
While the position will play a leading role in defining the future-state IT and OT architecture, its primary focus will be on determining how operational data can be used most effectively to improve performance and decision-making. This will include partnering with subject matter experts across functional areas to develop evaluation rules, enable automated guidance for operational teams, and apply artificial intelligence to uncover insights that may not be identified through manual analysis.
The role will also ensure that all elements of the strategic plan are fully aligned with the broader digital modernization strategy, providing end-to-end visibility and enabling timely, informed business decisions
