About the role:
The Multifamily Marketing Specialist plays a critical role in supporting a high-volume, top-producing multifamily sales team. This position combines sales marketing, strategic brand development, and light financial analysis, with responsibility for producing sophisticated, accurate, and compelling marketing materials that position the team and its listings for success.
The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, highly organized, and comfortable working in a demanding, deadline-driven environment where responsiveness, precision, initiative, and exceptional execution are expected. This individual will take ownership of assignments, anticipate team needs, and consistently deliver polished, client-ready work that reflects the team's reputation and market leadership.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the preparation and production of comprehensive, institutional-quality offering memorandums, including property descriptions, investment highlights, financial analyses, rent and sales comparables, market overviews, location analysis, aerials, maps, photography, and supporting exhibits.
- Write and edit compelling property descriptions, executive summaries, investment highlights, and marketing narratives tailored to the property's unique attributes and target investor audience.
- Develop and maintain property marketing packages, broker opinions of value, listing presentations, proposals, pitch books, buyer materials, and other investment sales collateral.
- Coordinate the full marketing process for new listings, from initial property data collection and financial review through design, quality control, broker approval, and final distribution.
- Coordinate property photography, aerial imagery, mapping, floor plans, and other visual assets needed to effectively market multifamily investments.
- Develop customized marketing materials and presentations for specific clients, prospective buyers, investors, and business development opportunities.
- Manage property marketing campaigns across digital and print channels, including email campaigns, property websites, online listing platforms, social media, and other relevant distribution channels.
- Develop and manage the team's LinkedIn and social media presence through thoughtful content planning, property announcements, market updates, transaction highlights, and team accomplishments.
- Manage a high volume of concurrent listings, financial analyses, marketing projects, and business development assignments while consistently meeting critical deadlines.
- Manage marketing budgets and coordinate property tours, open houses, client events, investor gatherings, and branded promotional materials as needed.
- Anticipate the needs of a fast-paced, top-producing team and take initiative to resolve issues and keep assignments moving forward with minimal supervision.
What you bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
- Prior experience in commercial real estate, multifamily sales, real estate financial analysis, or commercial real estate marketing strongly preferred.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, including the ability to develop concise, compelling investment narratives and polished client-facing marketing copy.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat, with the ability to produce sophisticated, professional marketing materials.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex assignments and competing deadlines simultaneously.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy across financial calculations, written content, data presentation, and visual design.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior brokers, internal teams, clients, and external vendors.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and consistently deliver exceptional work within demanding timelines.
- Experience using AI-powered productivity and marketing tools to improve workflows and content development is a plus.
