ComForCare Home Health Care - Burlington Camden is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to join our team serving the Southampton Township area. This is a rewarding hourly position where you'll make a real difference in the lives of clients by helping them live their best life possible at home. Responsibilities:

Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to promote safety and independence
Monitor and document client health status and report changes to the supervising nurse
Assist with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition and hydration
Perform light housekeeping duties and maintain a safe, clean home environment
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
Assist with medication reminders in accordance with the care plan

Requirements:

Valid New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification required
Prior experience in home health, personal care, or a related caregiving setting preferred
Reliable transportation to travel to client homes in the Southampton Township area
Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor
Ability to work independently and follow a personalized care plan
CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Must pass background check and reference verification
