ComForCare Home Health Care - Burlington Camden is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Live-In Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to provide exceptional in-home care in the Southampton Township area. Responsibilities:

Provide live-in personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety and comfort
Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and tidying living spaces
Monitor and document client health status and report changes to the supervising nurse
Provide companionship and emotional support to promote client well-being
Assist with medication reminders and follow individualized care plans
Accompany clients to appointments and errands as needed

Requirements:

Active New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification required
Prior experience in home health, personal care, or a related caregiving role preferred
Ability to live on-site with the client in Southampton Township
Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor
Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Valid ID and ability to pass a background check
