Documentation Specialist

• →Interface with customers, sales team and credit department to ensure documentation is prepared in an accurate and timely manner.
• →Reception duties - MCO/CO/Extensions.
• →Lien releases.
• →Ensure all conditions are collected and verified if necessary.
• →Prepare loans for Funding/Booking.
• →Ensure CCG is in a priority lien positions with valid enforceable documents.
• →Collect and organize post-closing documentation.
• →Perform post-closing follow up.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills required.
• A positive and entrepreneurial attitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel.
• Detail oriented with ability to multitask.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Prior Loan documentation experience a plus.
• Prior experience in commercial finance or similar field.
