Housekeeping Room Inspector

As a Room Inspector (Senior Housekeeper), you ensure every guest room meets our high standards by leading quality inspections, supporting the team, and delivering a clean, comfortable stay experience. 

• →Inspect guest rooms and public areas daily to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and brand standards are consistently met.  

• →Supervise and support Room Attendants, ensuring productivity, quality, and adherence to procedures.  

• →Assign daily room assignments, distribute keys, and lead pre-shift meetings to set expectations.  

• →Identify and report maintenance concerns; verify completion to ensure rooms are guest-ready.  

• →Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve concerns to enhance satisfaction.  

• →Maintain organization and cleanliness of linen rooms, storage areas, and housekeeping carts.  

• →Train and coach team members on cleaning standards, safety practices, and performance expectations.  

• →Monitor room status, maintain key control, and ensure accurate reporting of cleaned rooms.  

• →Assist with cleaning duties as needed to support operations and meet daily goals.  

• →Promote a positive team environment focused on safety, quality, and guest service.
